Before a piece leaves the studio, it gets turned over. Its number and the day it was born are written on the back, beside the Dallkaf seal and Dalal's signature.

Every Dallkaf piece starts as a real seashell gathered on the Egyptian coast. We clean and cure it, then paint it by hand in our Cairo studio. Because we never repeat a design on an identical shell, every piece is genuinely one of a kind.
Carefully. Each piece is wrapped by hand, cushioned, and double-boxed before it leaves the studio. If a piece ever arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
We're cash on delivery, all over Egypt. You pay the courier when your order arrives: no cards, no prepayment, no risk.
Because every piece is unique and made at a made-to-order pace, we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but damage in transit is always on us. Check your piece when it arrives and reach out within 48 hours if anything's wrong.
